Embankment Run Club (often called ERC) is one of Nottingham’s most vibrant and inclusive urban running communities. It’s a social running crew that emphasises inclusivity, sociability and safety, making it welcoming to runners of many different abilities and backgrounds. People come not just to run but to build community — often gathering after sessions for coffee or drinks. ERC has grown into a large weekly meet-up with a lively, friendly atmosphere
