Newcomers and visitors are invited to introduce themselves to the session host before the run. An optional England Athletics membership is available for those who want additional EA benefits. If you’d prefer to meet members first, many runners attend Fulham Palace parkrun on Saturdays. Who can join? Club runs are suitable for runners aged 18+ and cover distances from around 6.5km (4 miles) on Thursdays up to 16km (10 miles) on Sundays. If you’re not yet comfortable with those distances, you can start with a Tuesday interval session or build up gradually through parkrun. The NHS “Couch to 5K” app is also recommended for complete beginners.
