About

Fulham Running Club (FRC) has been bringing runners together in West London since 2004. Affiliated with England Athletics, the club is free to join, volunteer-led and open to adults aged 18 and over. FRC is a relaxed and welcoming community club catering for all abilities — from beginners building confidence to experienced runners training for races. Cyclists, triathletes and duathletes are also welcome to get involved. From November 2025, Tuesday interval sessions and Thursday club runs will begin at the Johnny Haynes Statue on Stevenage Road (track sessions remain at their usual venue). Why run with Fulham Running Club? Be part of a supportive local running community Train alongside experienced runners who can help you progress Access shared training advice and plans Take part in organised club events and races Represent FRC in competitions How to join There’s no formal sign-up process — simply turn up to one of the weekly sessions on Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday. Newcomers and visitors are invited to introduce themselves to the session host before the run. An optional England Athletics membership is available for those who want additional EA benefits. If you’d prefer to meet members first, many runners attend Fulham Palace parkrun on Saturdays. Who can join? Club runs are suitable for runners aged 18+ and cover distances from around 6.5km (4 miles) on Thursdays up to 16km (10 miles) on Sundays. If you’re not yet comfortable with those distances, you can start with a Tuesday interval session or build up gradually through parkrun. The NHS “Couch to 5K” app is also recommended for complete beginners.
