These Girls Run (TGR) is one of the UK’s leading all-female running and wellness communities, created to provide safe, sweaty and supportive spaces for women and non-binary people to enjoy running together. It aims to make running inclusive, comfortable and community-centred — whether you’re just starting out or have been running for years. The club runs weekly events in several cities across the UK, including London, Manchester, York, Leeds, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Liverpool, Brighton and Bristol. Their focus isn’t on competition — runs are sociable, friendly and designed so no one gets left behind, with ambassadors placed at the front, middle and back of each group.
