Run For All is a weekly social running group organised by Active Liverpool that’s open to anyone who wants to run, from complete beginners to more seasoned runners. The sessions are casual, encouraging people to get active, improve fitness and make new friends in a supportive environment — designed more for wellbeing and community than competition. Leaders from Liverpool LMS help guide the runs.

Liverpool Irish Rovers is a friendly, social running and walking group based out of the Liverpool Irish Centre. It’s a community-focused crew that welcomes people who share a passion for running — from casual joggers to regular parkrunners — and enjoys getting together for weekly runs and social outings.
